Liệu Trình Này Là Gì

Liệu trình dùng nhiệt độ lạnh có kiểm soát trên da mặt và cổ, bằng đầu máy lạnh hoặc hơi lạnh. Về cơ bản, đây là phiên bản có kiểm soát của việc rửa mặt bằng nước đá, nên chỉ sau vài phút da trông hồng hào, mịn màng và bớt sưng rõ rệt. Vẻ tươi mới đó rõ rệt nhưng không kéo dài lâu.

Cách Thức Hoạt Động

Nhiệt lạnh làm các mạch máu nhỏ dưới da co lại. Khi ngưng lạnh, mạch máu giãn ra và máu dồn về, nên da trông hồng hào và tỉnh táo hơn. Lạnh cũng làm dịu viêm và đẩy bớt dịch ở vùng sưng, nhờ đó da mịn và đều màu.

Chúng tôi hỏi về mức nhạy cảm với lạnh và liệu trình gần đây.
Làm sạch và lau khô da, đeo kính bảo vệ nếu dùng hơi lạnh.
Đầu lạnh lướt đều trên mặt, hàm và cổ, luôn di chuyển.
Khi da ấm lại, thoa tinh chất làm dịu, dưỡng ẩm và chống nắng.

Những Điều Cần Biết

Thời gian: khoảng 15 đến 30 phút cho cả buổi
Cảm giác: rất lạnh lúc đầu, sau đó dễ chịu và thư giãn
Thời gian nghỉ: không cần; trang điểm và sinh hoạt bình thường ngay
Kết quả: thấy ngay sau buổi làm, kéo dài một đến hai ngày
Tần suất: trước dịp quan trọng hoặc kèm buổi chăm sóc da
